Successful business woman known as the Queen of ‘Arabia
Employed Rasulullah (pbuh) to head the trade caravans based on his experience of trade markets with Abu Talib as mentor and his reputation of being Truthful & Trustworthy
Impressed with his awesomeness, asked her fried Nafisa to initiate marriage proposal.
Abu Talib read nikah, placed black turban on Rasulullah’s head (thus Sayyids wear black turbans) and gave him a green aqeeq ring.
First to believe in Rasulullah (pbuh)
First to pray behind him
THE LOVE OF HIS LIFE
Mother of Sayyida Fatima Zahra (pbuh)
Her wealth sustained his mission but when she died he didn’t have enough funds to buy a shroud (Jibrail brings one)
