Ramadhan 02 - Sermon of the Prophet - part 2

SERMON GIVEN BY THE PROPHET (PBUH) ON THE LAST NIGHT OF SHA'BAN ABOUT THE MONTH OF RAMADHAN O people! Indeed in this month the doors of Janna are open, therefore ask Allah not to close them for you; The doors of Jahannam are closed,so ask Allah to keep them closed for you. During this month Shaytan is imprisoned; so ask your Lord not to let him have power over you. Imam Ali (pbuh)  says that I stood up and asked: "O Prophet !  What are the best deeds during this month?" The Prophet (pbuh)  replied: "Stopping oneself from doing those deeds which are forbidden by Allah..."
